The city view room was stunning, but the shower's water pressure was weak.

The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional, especially Mahmoud Aly at the front desk and Mohammed Saleh at Concierge. The heated pool on weekends was a fantastic feature, adding a luxurious touch to my stay. Dining options were notable with excellent service.

Just spent 2 nights in a king room with a partial sea view. The staff were incredible, especially Jihan at check-in! Super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great too, a nice way to start the day. One hiccup was the slow check-in process, but overall, an awesome stay. I'll definitely recommend it!

The king guest room with city view had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a minibar. The bathroom featured a shower and free toiletries. Loved the breakfast with fresh pastries and juices. The beachfront is beautiful. staff by the pool, like Ahmed and Ali, were super nice. The spa facilities looked inviting too.
