The Hilton provided a high-quality stay with comfortable beds and clean, modern rooms. The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional, especially Mahmoud Aly at the front desk and Mohammed Saleh at Concierge. The heated pool on weekends was a fantastic feature, adding a luxurious touch to my stay. Dining options were notable with excellent service.
The entrance from the back street is inconvenient.

The pool was disappointingly small!!! Beach equipment desperately needs replacements while the disgusting garbage pollution requires consistent maintenance!!!

The dining scene at Hilton is unbeatable! I devoured shareable appetizers that were bursting with flavor, especially at the B2 restaurant— the evening buffet chef deserves a shoutout! Another highlight? The pool service staff is a dream, with Kawther Ahmed bringing the sunshine with her stellar service.

Amazing staff makes it worth it
Just spent 2 nights in a king room with a partial sea view. The staff were incredible, especially Jihan at check-in! Super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great too, a nice way to start the day. One hiccup was the slow check-in process, but overall, an awesome stay. I'll definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beach and the lovely lounge during our 3-night stay. The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments were just blissful! One little hiccup was having to ask for extra tea bags, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🌊

The outdoor infinity pool was fine, offering amazing views over the Mediterranean-perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We loved the kids' menu too. It made family meals a breeze! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to.
My kids wished the beach had better access. Crossing the road felt unsafe. It would be great if the hotel provided a safer tunnel option for families.

Had a pleasant experience, enjoying stunning sea views and exceptional service from friendly staff. However, the hotel could improve its pool area, which feels a bit cramped and lacks adequate lounge chairs. Room cleanliness wasn't consistent, but overall, the hospitality shines through.
